The Lady Elks Varsity Gold Team set a GWOC Record shooting a 303 (the lowest score on a par 72 in school history) at Beechwood GC in the GWOC Post Season Tournament.

The Lady Elks Varsity Gold team set a new 18 hole standard by shooting a 301 at NCR North (Par 70) against 4 time defending State Champs Dublin Jerome. Esha now owns the lowest score in school history (70) and the lowest score to par (-1) with her 71 on the Par 72 at GWOC.
Freshman Kayla Ramsey shot a 75 and another freshman, Marissa Wenzler, shot a 77. Madi Wolters added a 79, Amanda Hayes 89, and Andee Everman 89. It the past week, the Ldy Elks Golf team has set and/or tied 3 school records. Last weel against Fairmont they tied the 9 hole record with a 145. Yesterday they set the school record of 144 against Northmont. On Saturday, the Elks won the Lima Invitational and tied the school record of 305.
So far this season the Varsity Gold Team has won the GWOC Pre, Sycamore, Fairborn, and Lima Tournaments. They placed 3rd in Gahanna and 4th in Toledo.
The Varsity Black won the White Division of the Lima tournament as well. |
